Help your Campagnolo 11 Speed customer to extend the warranty on the complete Campagnolo 11 Speed drivetrain from 3 to 4 years.
When the purchaser of the Campagnolo 11Speed drivetrain comprising Ergopower controls, crankset, rear derailleur, front derailleur, chain and sprocket set registers with the 11 Speed Owner site he or she extends his or her warranty from 3 to 4 years from the date of purchase. You can help your customer by keying in the product codes and serial numbers of all the parts of the Campagnolo 11 Speed drivetrain (right and left-hand Ergopower, crankset, rear derailleur, front derailleur) that have a traceability code that you will find on the labels on the respective packages. The sprocket set and the chain do not have a traceability code. Nevertheless, you will be asked to certify that the products are Campagnolo 11 Speed products. Using non-Campagnolo products and products that are not designed for the 11 Speed drivetrain voids the warranty immediately.
This generates a unique registration code for the entire drivetrain, which your client must key in to complete the registration procedure.
