Help your Campagnolo's 11-Speed customer activate the warranty of the full Campagnolo 11-Speed drivetrain.
The registration of the purchase of a Campagnolo 11-Speed drivetrain complete with Ergopower, crankset, rear derailleur, derailleur, chain, set of sprockets, Power Unit** and Interface Unit** on the 11-Speed Owner website allows to benefit of the warranty for the full drivetrain.
If the customer purchased an 11-speed mechanical drivetrain by Campagnolo, the end and duration of the warranty is 4 years.
If the customer purchased an EPS electronic drivetrain by Campagnolo, the end and duration of the warranty is
• for the crankset, controls, rear derailleur, chain, derailleur, set of sprockets, interface system and battery charger: 3 (three) years
• for the power system: 2 (two) years
You can help your customer by recording the item codes and the serial numbers of all the components traced by the Campagnolo 11-Speed drivetrain (right and left Ergopower, crankset, rear derailleur, derailleur, Power Unit* and Interface Unit*) you will find on the labels applied on the relative packaging.

The sprocket set and the chain do not have a traceability code. Nevertheless, you will be asked to certify that the products are Campagnolo 11 Speed products. Using non-Campagnolo products and products that are not designed for the 11 Speed drivetrain voids the warranty immediately.
This generates a unique registration code for the entire drivetrain, which your client must key in to complete the registration procedure.
